Donna Bader is an attorney and Certified Specialist in Appellate Law.* Since 1980, she has written over 350 appellate briefs and writ petitions. She practices exclusively in the area of civil appeals and writs, with an emphasis on medical and legal malpractice, and personal injury law.
Ms. Bader is the former and founding Editor-in-Chief of Plaintiff magazine, which reaches over 5,000 Northern California attorneys. She is also the author of California Motions to Terminate Civil Cases, which is published by The Rutter Group, a division of Thomson/West Publishing Company. She is a contributing writer to many legal publications and is a frequent speaker for various bar associations.
